Please read these terms before installing or using the plugin. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept them on its behalf.
1. Parties and scope
This End User License Agreement is between CloudQuest Inc. (CloudQuest) and the individual or organization using projectroom Titan. It covers the projectroom Titan IDE plugins and CloudQuest-owned tools and documentation distributed with them. projectroom is the platform and Titan is the development framework.
CloudQuest is the licensor. JetBrains and Microsoft are not parties to this agreement and do not provide the projectroom platform or undertake CloudQuest’s support obligations. Their products, marketplaces and services remain subject to their own terms.
2. Permission to use the plugin
For plugin versions identified as free, CloudQuest grants a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use the plugin for personal or commercial development, and to retain reasonable backup copies. This license continues for the supplied version unless terminated under section 9. It does not transfer ownership or grant a right to obtain source code.
The free plugin license does not include a free entitlement to hosted services, cloud resources, unlimited usage, or future paid offerings. Any separate purchase or service subscription requires the applicable terms to be presented and accepted.
3. Restrictions and permitted exceptions
Unless CloudQuest gives written permission, you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the plugin, remove ownership notices, or modify or reverse engineer its proprietary components. These restrictions do not override permissions granted by an applicable third-party license or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
You may not bypass account permissions, authentication, access limits or other security controls, access another customer’s resources without authorization, or use the plugin for unlawful activity. Using AI tools to develop your own applications through the documented workflows is permitted.
4. Accounts and platform services
Online functions require a projectroom account, network access and the relevant application permissions. You are responsible for protecting your account and ensuring that people using your organization’s access are authorized.
Hosted projectroom services, resource usage, quotas, billing and service availability are governed by separately applicable service terms and agreements. This plugin license does not create a service-level commitment or replace an existing customer agreement.
5. Your applications and third-party components
You retain your existing rights in your application source code and data. Using the plugin does not by itself transfer those rights to CloudQuest or require you to publish your application source code. Templates, SDKs and third-party components may carry their own licenses.
Third-party software remains licensed by its respective owners. Applicable license notices and permissions for those components take precedence over this agreement to the extent of a conflict.
6. Information used by platform operations
When you initiate platform operations, the plugin and its tools communicate with projectroom services. Depending on the operation, this can include authentication information, account and application identifiers, configuration, source files, build artifacts and diagnostic or execution records. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to process.
This license does not grant permission to sell your source code or data, or to use them for unrelated AI model training. Any processing of personal information must follow applicable privacy law and the notices and agreements provided for the relevant service. Contact CloudQuest with questions about the information involved in a particular operation.
7. Preview status, updates and warranties
A release marked Preview is under active development. Features, compatibility and availability may change. Keep independent backups and review source changes and deployment results before relying on them.
Except for commitments expressly agreed in writing or required by law, CloudQuest does not promise uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose, a particular support response time, or correction of every defect. Updates and additional releases are provided when CloudQuest makes them available.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CloudQuest is not responsible under this plugin license for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, caused by use of or inability to use the plugin. This clause does not change liability expressly assumed in a separate service agreement.
JetBrains has no liability under this agreement because it is not a party to it. No provision excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability, consumer protection, warranty or other right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.
9. Ending use and changes to this agreement
You may stop using the plugin at any time by uninstalling it. CloudQuest may terminate the license for a material violation after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent unlawful activity or a serious security incident.
After termination, stop using and remove the licensed plugin copies. This does not itself delete your application source code or determine the treatment of separately hosted resources, which remains governed by the applicable service agreement.
CloudQuest will identify updated license terms by version and date. Changes do not retroactively change rights already granted for a supplied version. A later version or separate service may require acceptance of its own terms.
